PPG can be divided by soft polyol, hard polyol, and polyol for ACES. In detail, it is widely used to manufacture shoes, furniture, bed, vehicle parts, refrigerator, laminated panel, refrigerated container, artificial timber, adhesive, coating material, elastomer, sealant, etc.

▪ Soft Polyol

Soft polyurethane form has cello open structure, which shows good ventilation and cushion and according to mixture, its wide-ranged density, physical property and mechanical strength (elongation, tensile strength, and comfortable feeling, etc) can be adjusted. Semi-soft form, in which hardness character is a little added, is mainly used for impact absorption.

Hard polyurethane form has many merits compared to other heat insulators such as extremely excellent heat insulation, self-adhesion, lightness, buffering characteristic, easy production, product’s diversity, etc. Also, By independently used or mixed with other materials, it can be widely used for daily life supplies and the whole industrial specialized fields.
